Terms of use
The terms for using Helix and the Helix Desk app.
Who these terms are for
Helix and the Helix Desk app are provided by Sphere Aviation Solutions DWC-LLC (“Sphere”) to companies under an agreement with Sphere (“customers”). These terms apply to you as a person using Helix with an account your company has given you. Your company’s agreement with Sphere governs the service itself; if the two differ, that agreement wins.
Your account
Your account is issued and controlled by your company. Keep it to yourself: do not share it or use someone else’s. Everything done in Helix is recorded under the name of the person who did it. Your company can change or end your access at any time.
Using Helix
Use Helix only for your company’s business and within the authority your company has given you. Do not try to get around its controls, reach data you have not been given, copy or reverse engineer the software, or disrupt the service for others.
Decisions stay with people
Helix reads, matches and prepares work, and its AI reading can be wrong. Prices, approvals, orders, airworthiness and compliance decisions are made by people, who remain responsible for them. Helix does not replace an airworthiness release, a sanctions check or an export control decision.
Ownership
The Helix software, the app and their design belong to Sphere. Your company’s business data belongs to your company. Nothing in these terms transfers either to you.
Availability
We work to keep Helix available and correct, but it is provided as it is, and it may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance or by events outside our control. Any commitments on service levels are in your company’s agreement with Sphere.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Sphere is not liable to you personally for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Helix. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
The App Store
If you installed Helix Desk from Apple’s App Store or TestFlight, Apple’s own terms for those services also apply. Apple is not responsible for Helix Desk or its support.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will post the new version here with its date. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
